SCVO – Scottish Charity Award Finalist
We have been shortlisted for the Climate Impact award at this year’s Scottish Charity Awards. This is following the creation and delivery of our Sustainability programme in our Learning Hubs this year. Our 315 children became familiar with over 15 themes surrounding sustainability from recycling, reusing to carbon emissions and water use.
The winner will be announced Thursday 20th June. Go visit our social media channels to see the outcome!
Less Waste Laura Visits VTO
We welcomed climate activist and influencer Laura Young (Less Waste Laura) to our St Michael’s Learning Hub to deliver a sustainability focussed session to our pupils.
The learning didn’t stop there though and we have rolled out new sustainability resources to all of our Learning Hubs.
The Learning Hub project is supported by ScottishPower Foundation.
